Renovations and addition to the existing AMC Gwynedd Crossing Movie Theater including new lobby addition, entrance canopy and façade work

Renovation / Adaptive reuse of former school building for offices, including removal of interior masonry bearing walls for open office plan. Two separate 1,000 SF two-story additions were added to the existing building for additional office space.
Brittingham's Irish Pub & Restaurant
Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania
Renovation of existing two-story historic tavern (c.1743) including the stabilization of existing stone foundation walls, repairs to deteriorated framing, removal of existing stone bearing walls and columns to expand dining area, new one-story addition over crawlspace for kitchen, toilet rooms, and bar with rooftop deck and outdoor bar, and new wrap-around outdoor patio.

Blue Bell, Pennsylvania
Renovation of existing three-story historic tavern (c. 1600’s with additions c.1700’s) including: removal and replacement of first, second, third and attic floor framing, stabilization of existing stone walls, underpinning existing foundation walls and a new 3,580 SF one-story addition surrounding the existing three-story building.
