Upper Dublin Township Building

Reconstruction of the township building with a new two-story 53,000 SF Township and Police building, including township offices and functions on the upper level, and secure police facilities on the lower level. Roofs were designed for support of solar arrays, and a solar canopy system was included in the police secure parking.

Design of steel framed second floor addition over existing 1st floor community room with basement. Second floor framing and roof are supported on new load bearing cold-formed stud walls and steel columns with X-bracing. Addition of two new stair towers and an elevator for access.
