The design of a total of 48,000 SF for multiple additions to an existing Continuing Care Retirement Community, including a three-story 20,000 SF resident nursing wing (precast concrete plank & block), a one-story, 5,200 SF office and physical therapy addition (steel framed construction on grade beams and drilled piers over existing geothermal field), 6,200 SF Wellness center with classrooms, fitness room, locker rooms and pool (heavy timber trusses on steel frame), additions to the dining facilities, library, and community building, and 20 single-story villas for independent living.

Provide design of light gage steel framing system, and light gage steel shop drawings for a 10,000 SF cancer treatment facility.
